Guilden Morden is an attractive village in south-west Cambridgeshire. Local facilities include a primary school, public house, village hall, a recreation ground and a nearby farm shop.

Secondary school education is available at nearby Bassingbourn Village College and there are a number of excellent schools and sixth form colleges in Cambridge.
