Step 2: Plot Passports

A Plot Passport is a document used that sets out what you can and cannot do on a specific plot. Think of it as a mini design code for an individual plot.

It gives a buyer or designer enough freedom to create a unique home, while ensuring the development as a whole still fits the council’s planning requirements and the developer’s vision. Please take your time to read through the plot passport and understand what property can be built under the outlining planning permission in place. The information within the plot passport is not a guide, it provides the exacting information on what the permission allows.
