Much is written about the England Renters’ (Rights) Bill. In essence, the Legislation will increase tenant security. Our Q3 report gives an overview of what can be expected when the bill is implemented in the near future, and how landlords should prepare.

The proposed Renters’ (Rights) bill (likely to be implemented in H1 2025) is a significant shift in the market, and the market will adapt. That may mean that some landlords choose to exit. Others though will experience limited impact on the current situation.
