Momentum broadens to the house market. The recovery in the prime rental continued and spread across the city in the second quarter.

The letting of several larger, higher-value houses (which had been slow to move earlier in the year) underpinned activity in Q2. This contributed to average prime rents increasing by 2.3% in the 12-months to Q2 2026.
