Our Let Only Service is designed for landlords who want to take full control of managing their property but need expert support to find the right tenant.

If you’d like to be more hands-on with the day-to-day running of your property, this option gives you the freedom to do so while ensuring the essentials are handled professionally.

We’ll market your property, arrange and conduct viewings, and source a suitable tenant through our extensive applicant network. We’ll also take care of referencing, credit checks, and all pre-tenancy administration, including contracts, deposits, utility arrangements, and an inventory report, so you can be confident everything is set up correctly from the start.

Once your new tenant is settled in, we hand the reins back to you, leaving you to manage the ongoing relationship and responsibilities. It’s a simple, cost-effective way to secure quality tenants while keeping full control of your property management.
