Ben has the know-how to connect what landowners hope to gain out a project and the practicality of completing it. Understanding both sides of the development equation is very important and he’s got the expertise to see your project through.
Ben enjoys adding value to his client’s property and land portfolios, helping Family and Charity Trusts to maximise the potential of the land they own. He was an integral team member in performing an acquisition of land for Wellcome Trust.
More recently, Ben has been involved in a huge regenerative project of commercial development, close to Cambridge Rail Station, for Travis Perkins. No two residential development projects are the same and need impeccable insight and industry expertise to be helped stitched together - look no further than Ben.
Ben is an MRICS chartered surveyor and a member of the Residential Development Agents Society (RDAS).
