David is straight-talking and because of this he’s built up the valuable trust of clients spanning over 30 years working in property. A self-confessed fidget, David won’t rest until a job is well done, and the jobs usually start right back at pre-planning stages.
Working alongside our development, planning and rural teams, David offers comprehensive market research, appraisal, strategy, and optimises value for developers and investors by ensuring the right product is built for the right demographic.
David’s resourceful marketing head has seen him involved in some landmark schemes – he was the first agent in Cambridge to sell a £1m apartment and has promoted large-scale opulent homes of over 10,000 sq ft. Whether a bespoke one-off property or a scheme of 1,000+ new-builds, David devotes all his energy into making each property someone’s home.
From a young lad working in John Lewis, to a Partner at Bidwells, David has always loved working in Cambridge and turns up with a smile. At weekends he enjoys rural village life and losing himself in the Cambridge countryside with his dogs, or taking himself fishing.
David is FNAEA and ARLA accredited via Propertymark.
