Having begun her Bidwells journey in planning and residential development, Rebecca has a rich foundation for transforming development visions into reality.

Growing up in a traditional Victorian Cambridge house, Rebecca has a sentimentality for the city’s rich history, but she’s also excited by the evolution new developments are bringing.

Before putting pen to paper sketching development plans, Rebecca’s clients lean on her for market appraisal and demographic knowledge. The story of Great Kneighton , a multi-award winning community, had Rebecca alongside every step of the way - from assisting with the land sale through to introducing families to their new homes.

Talking with hundreds of homebuyers, Rebecca listens with a keen ear; she makes educated recommendations to investors to uplift value and make properties a touch more saleable. Her unwavering organisational skills and tenacious project management see her multi-tasking launch strategies, marketing, recruitment, specifications, and rallying her viewings team.

Careers in property run through Rebecca’s family, as does community care. Her father founded city charity shop Sally-Ann’s, and Rebecca is a keen supporter of the organisation.

Fantastic, flexible and responsive team at Bidwells. Great to work with them and so much better than our previous agents. Highly recommended.
