Specialising in the commercial and science and technology sectors, Sam is a safe pair of hands to help you manage your project. He is experienced at orchestrating refurbishments and fitouts of laboratory space and performing move management on clients’ projects. 

Supporting a mix of new build and refurbished office and laboratory space, Sam helped to coordinate a joint venture on Harwell Campus. No matter the sector you sit in, nor the age of the building you are seeking help with, he provides clear and well researched advice.

From offices to laboratories, Sam has worked on a breadth of buildings. His experience provides him with the vision to work proactively and help you work through technically complex projects.

Working as part of a galvanised team allows Sam to think outside the box and create proactive and innovative solutions. He particularly enjoys working collaboratively with architects and contractors to ensure projects receive a great level of service from inception through until completion.
