Biodiversity net gain initiative creating >500 biodiversity units for sale

  • Overview

The East Dartmoor Landscape Recover Area (EDLRA) will be delivering nature recovery across this incredible landscape, home to our temperate rainforest and a diversity of extraordinary lichens and mosses.

A collection of project partners will enhance this landscape, including Dartmoor National Park Authority, Devon Wildlife Trust, National Trust, Natural England, Woodland Trust, and other local landowners.

Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) is one component of this significant nature recovery project. A wide range of biodiversity units will be generated from the creation and enhancement of habitats here.

This BNG scheme is currently in development, and we are seeking expressions of interest from developers interested in securing off-site BNG here.
