An opportunity to take a lease of an established nursery/horticultural site situated on the edge of Great Gransden.

The site extends to approximately 0.718 hectares / 1.78 acres and is shown edged red on the attached plan for identification purposes only.

The area will be cleared and made suitable for outdoor nursery, growing or horticultural use. Existing polytunnel hoops are in place, although it will be the responsibility of the incoming lessee to re-cover these should they wish to use them.

Power will be provided to the site, with electricity usage and associated costs to be the responsibility of the lessee. Water has historically been obtained from Gransden Brook by previous operators, and interested parties should satisfy themselves as to the suitability of this arrangement and any necessary permissions.

The site may suit a plant nursery, grower, market garden or similar horticultural use, subject to agreement.

Lease: Available by way of a new lease, with terms to be agreed. A lease term of up to five years may be considered, reflecting the incoming tenant’s likely investment in re-covering the existing polytunnel structures.
