THE BIRDLINGS, COMBERTON: AN OVERVIEW

Phase 1 of The Birdlings provided a development of 90 homes of 2-5 bedrooms in this exceptionally sought after village to the west of Cambridge.

Launching in April 2020, The Birdlings was immediately received well.

The first sales were agreed in Spring 2020. The sales were off-plan and managed in-house by the Bidwells New Homes team. As the development progressed, a marketing office was available along with occasional product to show.

The purchasers throughout the scheme ranged from young professionals, downsizers, first time and overseas buyers. All had a connection with Cambridge and many were driven by the schooling.

In addition, the quality, style and finish of homes along with the personal attention to detail from the developer and Bidwells sales team resulted in excellent values being achieved

Comberton is one of the country’s more idyllic villages, with well maintained lawns, trees and hedgerows lining your path as you wind through towards its many amenities; the local butcher has been serving customers for over forty years and has a stellar reputation for quality.

As per the sales brief, the values are based on the same product being delivered to the same level of high specification.
