Hannah Beamish

Having previously worked for a regional house builder in a land acquisition role and as a development consultant since joining Bidwells in 2012, Hannah offers rare insight from both sides of a transaction. Her ability to understand the commercial pressures of developers whilst protecting and maximising landowner interests sets her apart.

Based predominantly in the South East, Hannah advises on a wide range of land and development matters. She has a strong track record supporting private family trusts, charities and education institutions, and is widely recognised as a trusted professional advisor.
