Iain works across sales, lettings and consultancy services on new residential developments, including Build to Rent.
Iain brings nearly 20 years’ experience in the region’s residential sector, having worked with leading housebuilders and developers at every stage from pitch to completion.
Working on individual dwellings through to thousand-home developments, Iain works closely with our Land & Development team, which is involved in approximately £775 million of oppourtunities in strategic locations.
