From handling new-build property handovers with developers through to letting family homes, Olivia has a wealth of experience across all aspects of property management. In her tenure at Bidwells, Olivia has doubled our residential Property Management team and launched the service in Norwich.

Olivia puts clients at ease with her extensive knowledge of lettings legislation. She ensures her team are up to date with changes, keeping her client’s properties one step ahead of industry changes.

Her team have adapted processes and introduced new systems to ensure that their work is efficient and effective.

Ensuring the properties she manages are kept to a high standard means that Olivia can attract the best tenants, secure high rents and minimise voids in tenancies. 

Olivia is ARLA accredited and is supporting her team in pursuing additional industry qualifications, to ensure that clients receive advice rooted in residential market insight.
