Horcott Lakes, Fairford, Gloucestershire, GL7 4BX

The lakes are located close to the popular Cotswold town of Fairford and form part of the Cotswold Water Park Site of Special Scientific Interest.

In total, there are six lakes. Three of the lakes are let out on licence and operate as a successful carp and tench coarse fishery. There is an opportunity to expand the fishery.

There are attractive areas of permanent pasture and woodland and significant biodiversity value and opportunities.

The lakes and land are available as three lots:

Lot 1: four lakes with woodland and facilities occupied under licence and operating as a fishery. 49.21 acres (19.916 hectares)

Lot 2: two lakes 59.61 acres (24.123 hectares)

Lot 3: permanent pasture and woodland in part occupied under a licence and is utilised for agricultural grazing 39.97 acres (16.174 hectares)
